Oh no! How horrible, but I know how it happens, sometimes you are just so on automatic that you don't seem to find time to sort out your own comfort.

The other day while out with daughter and GS in pushchair, DD handed me the pushchair for support! No, not yet, I said, I don't need a walking frame. I am young at 63.
