I'll be spending Christmas night and Boxing Day with Dad at his house. I drew the short straw and will be sleeping?? over. He has lost all track of time these days.
I must remember to take plenty of supplies with me, and perhaps the Baileys.

I hope that we all come through the next week unscathed. I am looking forward to a busy family Christmas Day with ages 0-90, all hosted by others and anticipating an exciting 2015.

Twiddling my thumbs now, having finished all the preparations for tomorrow's lunch ! My neighbour has left me the use of her fridge as she is away, very useful.

I am busy making bread sauce and white sauce for the pudding. And crying over the onions.... Just decided to put the food in the car tonight, to get it out of the way, then realised my sister is picking me up! But so long as I remember it I can do that anyway! Have done no wrapping yet ... ..........................think I am gently flapping.

And I must write an email for my oldest friend near Cairns in Queensland, had a very upset mail from her last night re horrible happening there. Trying to think what to say while stirring milk+onions.

However, I had better get on now.
