Good morning! Wet here in North Wiltshire.......

Good morning all.
Christmas is this weekend in this house and not started well. Cooked very large ham in the slow cooker yesterday and it did such a good job the ham fell to bits! so had to rush out and buy another and cook in oven. Interestingly the supermarket looked like a plague of locusts had been through it and shelves bare except for the turkeys.
Just about to put the turkey on to cook.
The weather in East Sussex? Well that's dry and calm which is more than can be said for me.

Calm and dry here too, but not for long! Today is wrap up Sunday with two toddlers only too willing to help.

Dry & Sunny in Leicester, off for a birthday lunch later.

Dry, mild and cloudy here on SE Hampshire coast. I've just made another dozen mince pies and feeling the need to sample one with a nice cup of coffee.

DH is out with his bike club and Classic FM is keeping me feeling Christmassy. Feel quite relaxed and in control now the mayhem of the first three weeks in December have been successfully navigated!

Good morning all, a bit late this morning, but the lunch is all ready and I was just going out to do a bit of tidying up in the garden, when it started to rain, so I thought I would just say good morning, and enjoy your days.

A couple of roads near us are closed as 'the floods are out' as they say round here which always makes me thing that someone left a gate or a door open and the floods escaped and are causing havoc.

Just surfacing having restored the house to something like normality after just 36 hours of a hyperactive 15 month old excited to see his 5 year old cousin. Last night was very long since he's got four double teeth erupting together!

Suddenly the day is half over and it's getting dark already! Hope you are all having a good Soltice and Pompa is having a Happy Birthday.
