I couldnt understand what the awful pong was.
I then remembered that I made a leek and potato soup, and discovered my naughty cat licking the empty saucepan.
Hence lots of smelly Cat Farts. ( I soon banished him from my lap)

Oh dear! Silent but deadly? At least you worked out it was the cat and weren't blaming anyone else!

ew.
Our latest cat trick is to put dead or alive mice in our welly boots.

My DD took her son aged 6 to the village candlelit carol service as he had asked to go - he's never been inside a church before. He behaved impeccably, but on the way out whispered in her ear: "I farted 3 times." Hmmm.

anneey I am sure that it was not your cat farting!!!!! At least the soup appeared to have tasted okay for his palate. He was showing appreciation of your cooking!

Ah, the cat farts. My hubby always blaims the cat but we don't have one. grin

Mind you I am very doubtful about his honesty as he swears very time he goes to Morrison's for a loaf of bread they 'give' him a free bottle of scotch. confused

At least you can blame the cat. We're now pet free - no excuse! grin
