A four line poem

It's dull and damp in lovely Brum
But I really should get off my bum
And take a walk down to the shop
Just this last line then off I pop!

Oh dear I'm addicted
I couldn't stay away
Well life would be boring
If it was all work and no play.

I'm also addicted
Now I've found this thread,
For writing of rhymes
Goes on in my head!

All this talk of bodily functions
Ointments, creams and various unctions
Not to mention tablets and pills
Between us we cover the whole world's ills!

My brains getting addled with all this rhyme
I am thinking in couplets all of the time.
I don't know now just how I can stop.
So I'm Doomed to keep rhyming until I drop!

Can't think what I said
Mrs. P has cut me dead
Said she was off to sort her draws
only replied, you've a big job ahead

Oooh Pompa very thin ice
Off you go and try to be nice
You'd better do the washing up
And make MrsP tea in a posh cup

I lay in bed and could not doze

What to write that would sound clever
So I gave up, without endeavor

Dog wanting a walk ?
That's not what the old boy wants
it's that hussey he doth stalk
as her pedigree she flaunts

This dog is an old lady
But as horny as can be
She loves to hump a foot
And who offers her one, me.


This is the truth!!

Need to clean
Need to dust
But instead I read about
Doggy lust

Cocooned inside our lovely houses
Wearing wooly vests and nice thick blouses
Writing poems erudite and witty
While outside the weather's rather awful really.

Feel another
Coming on
At this rate
I'll get nothing done

The day is dimming
Where's it gone?
Feeling chilly
Will go and put some knickers on.

Hilda takes her doggie duties
Far beyond the usual norm.
If she offers herself up
She shouldn't be surprised if her foot has a pup.

Lovely houses littleflo?!!! You haven't seen mine. Still halfway between Xmas and normality!
