Good Morning Monday

Glad this morning is nearly over. Had a shower this morning and found the shower drain was running a bit slow. Plunged it and then it stopped draining altogether (didn't realise I was that dirty! ). To add insult to injury, the shower drain is connected to the sink drain, so the sink was blocked as well! I put domestos down both drains regularly. It took two hours to unblock the b****y thing! Then I spent the rest of the morning sewing new badges onto GS's new Cubs sweater. Having put them on, I discovered I'd got three of them in the wrong place and had to start again. I think I'll go back to bed!

Cold but very bright,very little wind. The cleaners come today to give the house its fortnightly blitz. No particular plans other than that apart from a bit of cooking and finding my way round me newly acquired iPad.

Good morning everyone.
It is bright and very cold in Northumberland. We have a lot of high cloud. Everything is frozen. The birds are having trouble finding a drink. Their usual puddle next door is solid.
I might take some water out for them if I can find a shallow dish.

Good morning, bright and sunny at the moment, looks really cold out there though. Hope our car is returned today, I need to get a little shopping in. Enjoy your days.

A lovely sunrise here in N Kent and a clear blue sky. It's very cold, ice on the surface of the water butt for the first time this winter.

Bright, calm and cold here on the Weald in East Sussex. It's the charity shop this morning but it's also three weeks until we go away the same as NfkDumplig. Wonder if we are both off to the same place.

Morning All

Looks like a cold but bright day out there. A busy day ahead today. Off into Norwich shopping for holiday stuff (although it's three weeks away - DH likes to prepare early - not like me), then to see the Manet Exhibition which hopefully will take us through til sunset a nd hopefully the weather will stay good so we can watch the starlings from the castle mound.

I think we'll take the bus - car parking in Norwich is extortionate!
