Good Morning Friday

Getting a little brighter, Lona and Annsixty. I got soaked between Waitrose and the car (about 20 yards) yesterday in one of those 'spring showers'. I alway sleep like the proverbial. (Do logs sleep?) and still feel dopey this morning. A short spell in the garden might wake me up.

Vegas Me too! I've been awake since 4am yet again!
It was a bit frosty here earlier but seems to be brightening up a bit.
Waitrose shop this morning before little dgd comes to stay. She has chicken pox and her mum is going out tonight, ds is away on business until tomorrow.

Morning everyone. Unusually for me, I slept really well last night and feel charged up with energy this morning. Going to meet some young friends for lunch then off to the supermarket. If only I could work out what was different about last night then I could repeat another good night's sleep. In reality, it was probably because I had had 3 or 4 really awful nights earlier in the week. What I'd give to be young again - head hitting the pillow and next thing it's morning!

Just dull once again in Stockport,some short bursts of heavy rain yesterday hope they stay away today. GD still in bed,she is probably sleeping off the excitement of Eastenders which I had to endure with her. Apologies to fans but what a dreadful programme it is and what an anti-climax.

After rain overnight and a dull start the sun has now come out and it looks promising. We have had two lovely days were in mid Essex so here's hoping for a third.
Shingles vaccination this p.m. for me which is about the high spot of my day.

Sun is trying to peep through here in N. Bucks. Boiler man has been so house is warming up again. off to buy fabric for a project today, make soup and prepare some more items for DDs wedding.

Good morning all. The countdown is active....five days until holiday.
Raining heavily here in East Sussex so it's an indoor day today.
YESTURDAY surgery rang for extra urine sample. Wanted it in white lidded bottle, had one, and they wanted it YESTURDAY afternoon. So did the necessary and drove it down. Receptionist said that they did not receive samples in the afternoon and it should be in a red topped bottle. You could not believe it if it wasn't true. Eventually checked my records and receptionist agreed to take it.

Don't know why IPAD insists on putting YESTURDAY in capitals.

Good morning, I've been awake since 5 and up since 5:40....there'll be tears before bedtime!

Good morning to you all, very wet first thing, but the rain has stopped for the moment. Can't think what happened yesterday, - I cleared out several kitchen cupboards, all on the spur of the moment! Had to lie down afterwards. Resting today. Enjoy your days.
