Primrose day: 19th April commemorates the death of Benjamin Disraeli on that day in 1881. I am not a mine of information, I was intrigued as I had forgotten about Primrose Day, so I googled it. What did we do without google?

I'm not, rosequartz. However, when I placed my bet, clearance had to be sought from Head Office. It took 15 minutes and I'd started to think they thought I was betting £5000, not £5. Perhaps they took me for one of the Royals' magic circle - it wouldn't be the glamorous Carole though!
