Dgd 7 says...granny, I've been thinking. If you're a whole 5 years older than Granda, how come you look sort of old but Granda looks really old?

DG2 age 5 told me I would like the ice cream shop they had been to but said, with a very serious face, if I'm not with you Granny, don't ask for the lemon borset, it's very sour. (Lemon sorbet)!
DGD (3) lightly and effortlessly lifted herself up and over the arm of a chair to sit neatly on the seat. I said 'I wish I could do that'
She said 'Never mind, when you're older you might!'
my 7 year old DGS was thrilled, granma i came second in the golf tournament ,wow thats fantastic i said, then DGD took me to one side, there were only 4 in it granma she said one came first and the other three were joint second.... dont you just love them to bits
