Good afternoon everyone. It's a lot cooler in the Algarve today and cloud is building up now.
We took the shade awning down this morning. Having decided that we wouldn't be using it again next year, DH took it to leave by the rubbish bins. When he passed by 20 minutes later it had gone. Recycling at its best.

Good Afternoon from Colchester. Only just sat down as looking after DGS2 since 7am. He is teething and a bit miserable. Sun has just come out.

Quite a decent start to the day here in Devon - rain isn't forecast today so fingers crossed.
Got to give some serious thought today to changing my car, after taking it to the garage yesterday. It's a PITA, I really hate having to trawl round car dealers, but there it is.

Good morning from a very wet, miserable north east. My hairdresser will be here in half an hour and that will keep me busy until lunchtime. DH is off to GPs to have his shingles vaccination and then we are off to the Antiquarian society, tonight, for a lecture on 1966.

They've just got the roof off - and it's starting to drizzle!! According to the forecast it shouldn't be much. I do hope they've got it right for once.

I have to go buy a new washing machine this morning. I hope they can deliver quick as the laundry is piling up.

It's very grey in Tynedale, but not raining at the moment. The forecast is for a brighter day later, let's hope it's right. A little rabbit has just hopped past my living room doors. I have a large sliding patio door leading out into the garden. I must phone the care home this morning as they were a but concerned about Dad yesterday. No messages on phone so I hope it is not serious.

The cleaners coming this morning to give the house its fortnightly blitz. I make myself scarce while they do the downstairs, good excuse for spending a bit of time on GN.????

It's damp and grey in North Leicestershire. I have a library planning meeting this morning and might go clothes shopping this afternoon as I need new pyjamas but I suspect I will come home with a list of library type tasks to do instead.

Bright and sunny start here this morning. The blokes got as far as they could yesterday without taking the roof right off (the conservatory) and should be back early this morning they said, so I'd best get dressed!
