Good Morning Friday

Morning all.
It's dry in N Kent but as it's still pitch black I can't say much else. Rain is forecast but I hope not until this afternoon. I have to take DS to an SS meeting which is a 40min drive and then 20 min walk. Who builds a spanking new library in the county town with no damn parking !!

Good morning Michael and everyone. Looks like we might have a dry day today. I have the dentist later this morning and then have to do some cooking as my stepgrandson is paying us a visit on his way back from uni and he is always hungry! Whatever you're doing, have a lovely day.

Dark and chillier than of late here in Stockport. Yesterday's panto was an "experience" enjoyed certainly by the hundreds of schoolchildren present and I may get my hearing back by Christmas!! ( getting old emoticon)

The sky is blue and clear after the rain last night. Today the dog goes to the groomer for her last tidy up of the year. I took the morning off work as I have a very heavy cold, and sleep was intermittent. It's my birthday today, but I have no plans, we'll just see what comes.

First of all, Happy Birthday hildaj, sorry to hear you have a heavy cold, not good timing .
I haven't even pulled the curtains yet, as it's still quite dark and dreary here. I'm beginning to panic slightly about all the things I've got to do before The Big Day, so might just lose my rag if DH asks me to go somewhere with him/help him with something/do something for him today. He's on his own, I'm afraid, for the foreseeable
