Good Morning Sunday

Just about good morning here too!

It's cold, wet and windy here in Wiltshire, thoroughly miserable weather.
I've just put the heating on, despite four layers of clothing I'm cold ?

I'm sorting out our big bookcase, so far there are 8 carrier bags of books to go to the charity shop. DH has moved a four foot high stack of his walking magazines to his garden shed (I can't imagine he's going to be sat down there reading (it's jammed to the roof!)

Starting to think about what colours I want to decorate the sitting/dining room in, so far I think a grey carpet.

Just got back from the gym - that's two weeks running I've been! If I' m not careful it may become a habit! It's beautiful out there, but still a lot of frost around. (No snow here)

I have a south facing garden bed in need of weeding, so I may go out for a while after lunch.

Morning all - dusting of snow in s\yorkshire. on my morning tour of the villiage saw a couple of white blackbirds (frosty birds) in the hedgerow. first time i have seen this!

No snow in Hampshire. Just dull, cold and cloudy.

Morning. Snow in this part of the S.E. Got a shock when I opened the curtains, but it's lovely to see. Hope nina's ok and that it's no more than just a difficult time getting to sleep.

Morning all! Cloudy and raining here in SE Hampshire but no frost unlike the past two mornings.

Sorry to read of your difficult night Mick and hope you catch up on your sleep.

We have DH's cycling club lunch and awards presentations today which will involve smiling and clapping a lot but hey! I can do that after a nice nosh!

We had a covering of snow overnight which has made the whole village look lovely - thankfully the roads are clear - best of both worlds.

Today, we are trying to get to grips with our new phones - I could be gone for some time!

Good morning Michael, sorry you've had a difficult night. I hope you and you're dad are doing okay now. We had snow last night and so have a covering this morning, but the roads appear to be clear, so we will get to watch GS play footie today.

Hello everone --- no snow in this part of Hampshire ,and it is+ 2 .Positively warm compared to some further north .

It was a case of my dad being discharged at the Horton , and returned home then. He went in Saturday night, has he had blood in urine bag which he wears cannot think of the name.
We brought him home on discharge at that hour, and had snow all the way back, getting more settled as we got to Brackley , my sister dropped me off before taking Dad home , so far I have had 3 hours sleep today I will stagger my sleeping to get back to normal later today.

Oh Mick, I have just read your post. I hope you are OK , what a horrid way to spend a night but I send warmest wishes and hope to hear that all is well with you.
