Many many years ago I bought a large frozen turkey for Christmas. Our house was tiny and the only place I could leave it to defrost was in the bath.
What a good idea. It was still in the polythene.
Next door's cat got in and I found her in the bath with the turkey eating chunks out of the turkey leg.
I cut the leg off and roasted the rest of the bird as normal and nobody was any wiser. There was no risk I thought because the polythene was still intact except for the chewed up leg. Calamity averted!
Reducing contact because my heart just isn't in it.
How do I help my sister to stop feeling like a victim?
Would you think it was odd if a younger person wanted to befriend you?
(washed yesterday, slippers on it only, no pets) a whole meal dropped between oven and worktop
