Aint no mountain high enough.... aint no valley low enough.... aint no river low enough to keep me from yoooooo!

Tamla Motown fans you're in for a treat - synchronised dancing, shiny suits, big hair and FANTASTIC music.

I can't believe it's 50 years since the days of the Four Tops, Temptations, Supremes, Jackson 5, Martha & The Vandellas and the fabulous Smokey Robinson!

Our era. smile

I have all mine on my music library and play it often.

I saw this last month. I was a bit disappointed to be honest. I've loved Motown since my teens especially Diana Ross.
I didn't like the way they cut short several songs and the story was very weakly portrayed and quiet disjointed.

I am going on a organised coach trip to see it next month , am Motown/northern soul fan at heart.

It's on at the Shaftesbury Theatre in London.

I can recommend the St Giles hotel which is a ten minute walk away.
I should say, that the music is brilliant despite my criticism of the show in general.

I'm quite tempted by the Jersey Boys. Anyone seen it?

I've seen The Jersey Boys. It was very entertaining.

The sets were good, making use of the Roy Lichenstein pop art style.

I also saw the spin off musical that toured the country a couple of years ago.

Loved The Jersey Boys.

We saw Jersey Boys just after Christmas and really enjoyed it. If you like The Four Seasons you will love it. The Motown musical is next on the wish list!
