Ha, ha, at first I read this as "short gene", really must get my eyes tested. Anyone for the gnome-throwing championships?

I'm not really interested in any sports either. I can appreciate the skills and dedication that goes into succeeding in some sports but not at all interested in watching or taking part in any.

I can understand folks being pleased to see an underdog succeed (in football) but I don't follow any sport at all-perhaps there's a sort of sport gene that I'm missing? Anyone else the same?
I heard on the radio that this team, Leicester, won even though the players hadn't changed, just the manager and this morning someone was bemoaning (Man City I think) losing a match despite the fans being there supporting them?
