Doing things together

You were lucky to get a cup of tea. I had a hospital appointment on Wednesday and DH came with me as he wanted to get something from town on the way. We eschewed the chance of a coffee in M&S in favour of the lovely little coffee shop opposite the hospital - which, when we got there, was closed. Ok, we'll get one at the WRVS shop in the hospital foyer - closed (not enough volunteers)! We fell back on the water cooler in the waiting room.

Having said that, my OH and I did the same thing yesterday and it is the first time we have really been out together for months. Very nice peppermint tea in the hospital caff!

Blimey - you really know how to live!

I confess we went on into town and had coffee and a Danish there.

...and enjoy a cup of tea and a doughnut at the hospital cafe? That was essential when we used to take DD to outpatients after a serious accident.
