You can change, add or subtract a letter and reshuffle the letters to make a new word.
You may make up to TWO amendments. For example you can:
a) change two letters
b) add two letters
c) subtract two letters
d) change one letter and subtract one letter
e) change one letter and add one letter

Oh broadwater! Don't go. I think the abbreviation game is more challenging than this and you've posted some brilliant answers there. Thought you were querying an earlier post so I thought I'd explain what id done. I'm sure I get it wrong sometimes. Always good to query tho as we can all do things when not not firing on all cylinders ?
