Good morning everyone. We have blue sky here in N Shropshire - admittedly with cloud, but it's the first we've seen for some days. Hard day in Tour de France, and I've got an appointment with gj to see her wave outside her house!

Yes I will be watching on the couch form 1130 on Eurosport TV wise today.

Good morning from an overcast dull north east. I am having a quiet day as I used up all my energy yesterday at GC's dance concert. I was quite poorly when I got home but it was wonderful to see the eldest ballet dancing, so graceful, and yes I cried.

It's dry and cloudy with intermittent periods of sunshine. I hope the clouds burn back for a sunny afternoon. Son is coming for his lunch, we are having roast beef. This afternoon I have left open for watching sport, hopefully the open golf.
