I was so sad to hear this today jogginggirl. She was a very special lady in many ways. May she finally rest in peace.

After such a brave, brave 'battle' with cancer - this lovely and courageous young woman finally lost her life - too soon. She was an awesomely brave lady and her #hellomynameis campaign will live on ..... RIP Kate Granger and thank you ❤️
