It's raining in London too. We are going to a late lunch party to celebrate my GDs 5th birthday and I'm looking forward to the Last Night of the Proms tonight. It's a family tradition.

in pain after almost 5 weeks and don't know if this is usual

Good morning from Northern Ireland. We had a horrible day yesterday with heavy rain and high winds, so what a blessing to wake this morning to a beautiful sunny day! DH is busy getting our elderly but beautiful convertible ready for a wee drive to the coast.

Good morning all from Merseyside, it's grey here doesn't look promising might go out for a coffee. GS loved school yesterday, daughter very emotional and sobbing when she left him, end of an era and so quick those 5 years.

Good morning from an overcast Colchester. Rain forecast for later so I have already raked and seeded a bare patch in the lawn made by the fencers yesterday.
Grocery delivery due any minute followed by visit from DD1 and her boys. Was planning to go into town for Heritage Open Day and Family Fun Day in the park, but weather may curtail that.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A dull damp start here in South Yorkshire. I am baking and decorating cup cakes today to sell at the refreshment stall at GS's footie match tommorrow. It's my usual contribution to their funds, and I enjoy it. Then I MUST do some more ironing! Have a good day whatever you are doing.

Good morning to you all, it is dry here,but we have some noisy workmen removing some garden rubbish, so it is also rather noisy, they have a digger. Left my handbag on the taxi yesterday, have to
go into town to collect, and I think I will get wet as rain forecast. Enjoy your days.

It is raining in North Leicestershire too. I have my usuall trip to the village shops to pay the papers and buy flowers. I was planning to garden but not in this weather!
