These have got to be comfortable, no?

Who else luvs'em?

Rosieroe Mon 19-Sep-16 13:18:29

Ha ha gillybob. If NfkDumpling was wearing it she'd need to remember to pull the baler twine cord. ??

gillybob Mon 19-Sep-16 13:14:12

They look Chinese or Korean to me. In which case I would be very wary indeed Tegan

Tegan Mon 19-Sep-16 12:48:37

I've wondered about the site as I love some of the clothes. But it seemed to be an American company so I was wary of buying anything. Their dresses [with leggings underneath]are very much what I'm wearing at the moment.

Lottielootron Mon 19-Sep-16 12:32:54

Growbag comes to mind

Nannylovesshopping Mon 19-Sep-16 12:23:53

I love these designs, but they are too voluminous if they made them slightly less so I would be be doing some serious shopping, does anyone know of similar designs web sites with different/quirky stuff

gillybob Mon 19-Sep-16 12:22:03

You could jump off a tall building and safely float down to earth wearing that thing Rosieroe grin

Katek Mon 19-Sep-16 12:13:04

I'd look like a very small, rotund Oompa Loompa.....,.,.

Gaggi3 Mon 19-Sep-16 12:07:03

I think I'd look terrible in these. I'm thin, 5 ft. 4. IMO they would suit someone more voluptuous, which I'm not. Also not a fan of 'one size fits nobody'.

oznan Mon 19-Sep-16 11:58:51

They are hideous!

UkeCan61 Mon 19-Sep-16 11:31:48

Oh they are so cute! Look lovely on someone slim - I wish I could wear them.
I'm a size 12-14 but do have a tummy so...hmmm...wouldn't look good on me. I love the material! I'm all for quirky!

Lindaloulabel Mon 19-Sep-16 11:28:51

Do fashion designers and retailers take us for fools...... just saying

DaphneBroon Mon 19-Sep-16 11:28:07

winkwink

Ana Mon 19-Sep-16 11:24:12

Sorry - getting me daphnes mixed up! grin

DaphneBroon Mon 19-Sep-16 11:21:49

I am sure daphnedill is tall and willowy, but DaphneBroon is glamorous Maggie Broon's dumpy sister!! shock

Ana Mon 19-Sep-16 11:15:57

I've never seen a photo, but I'd always imagined daphnedill as rather tall and willowy...

Lona Mon 19-Sep-16 11:13:49

I loved those sweatery things too but I'd look dumpy in them.
Daphne I can't believe you're only 5'2"! You look tall on your photos! grin

Granny23 Mon 19-Sep-16 10:31:51

Ad appearing on my Facebook page too.

NfkDumpling Mon 19-Sep-16 10:22:42

It might be ok with wellies, and baler twine round the waist.

NfkDumpling Mon 19-Sep-16 10:21:28

Living in a small rural town, I'm not sure when I'd have the opportunity to wear this stuff, although it does cover a multitude of bulges and looks quite comfy.

Rosieroe Mon 19-Sep-16 09:47:28

Some amazing knitwear Daphne. I'm going to have to have a good look through this site. Has anyone bought from it? This is definitely the sort of clothing you need to try on to see what it looks like on. I'm very tempted.

Rosieroe Mon 19-Sep-16 09:43:15

The yellow are fun and funky and if you're that sort of person you could possibly get away with them but these!?!

Ha ha ha

DaphneBroon Mon 19-Sep-16 09:32:58

Oh you wicked, wicked person telling me about this site thatbagsgrin
The long cardi/coats they call "sweaters" are to die for, the "loose Autumn dresses" with cowl necks/hoods and tunics are my idea of heaven. And not expensive either! Alas at 5'2" I suspect most of the items would swamp me, but a person can dream......

Galen Mon 19-Sep-16 09:19:37

No way!

thatbags Mon 19-Sep-16 09:04:43

My first husband once said that he thought I must have been born in baggy breeks; it's what I lived in when I was a student. Later, after DD1 was born, I moved on to baggy dungarees because the bib part was very good for covering the evidence of a milky shirt.

So you see, bagginess and I have been lifelong companions smile

thatbags Mon 19-Sep-16 08:55:45

I had some Sassenach trews when I was eleven and living in Lancs. They were not tartan. It's what the shops called them too. Does no-one else remember those? I think they might be called stirrup pants now. Or summat.
