For me, after my knee replacement - I saw a special offer for a blow up jacuzzi and it's been fabulous and really helped me relax and also do exercises in warm water. Just come in from a 'session' - it is cold out there, but I set it for 39C and it cools down to about 35 during the 30 mins- absolutely brilliant.
In fact, it has made me determined to use my savings to buy a proper one next year which can be used year round. Had to cancel travel and new kitchen due to Brexit - but I'll get my jacuzzi, come what may.

) recently bought one and the first time I used it in the salon was sheer bliss. So much so I was straight onto Amazon when I got home.
A few years ago I stayed in a hotel that had a whirlpool jacuzzi bath - didn't want to get out of it! Only have a shower now as I can't push through my knees anymore to get out of a bath
