Yes definitly warm and I think we could have a translator machine so we could all understand each other...or maybe it is better to let actions speak louder than words!

If it's a warm island Penstemmon I would definitely be tempted.

I like your list..we should pass them on to the Home Office to be used as the values we want in Britain

To fairly share the food and fresh water available.
To share the work and help those weaker/less capable than yourself.
To be kind to each other and look out for each other
To respect each others views/beliefs (hopefully we are able to communicate)
To never give up hope of being rescued. although as a complete pessimist I probably wouldn't believe it myself
