^DH and I had a loft clear out just before Christmas and took all the baby stuff to a charity shop and the womens refuge!^That's what does it, we sent all the hoarded baby stuff to the charity shop because we thought we'd never be grandparents.
Then two came along in the same year

Thank you again everyone for all your lovely messages of congratulations. My DD and her partner are still in complete shock. The midwife told her she is having a “fast track” pregnancy !

gilly, others obviously know you well. Is this the daughter with the school run problem or another one?

gillybob such wonderful news you must be bursting at the seams.
This year will see 2 new babies in my family one in April and one in May (pink one).
We can all share our baby news at about the same time its so exciting.

Thank you for your good wishes Eglantine. No it is my son and daughter in law who have the three children (the youngest 2 have a very long commute to/from school after we lost all the appeals to get them into a school close to home).
This will be my DD’s first baby after being told ( and accepting ) that she would probably never conceive.

How lovely gilly and congratulations to the whole family. She must have just relaxed and let everything 'be' - best wishes to the happy parents for an enjoyably short pregnancy and a safe delivery!
