Any ideas as to what I may be doing incorrectly. I emailed the GN contact email and received a reply as to how to change username (too similar to Wot's). I have tried numerous times, different ways and I keep getting the same error message about Apaches. I've emailed GN again, but anyone else done this successfully?.
