No wonder you are proud of your grandson but really it could have ended so differently... a 14 year old looking after a drunk? Not ideal really. This old man needs to realise he cannot go out and get so drunk for starters and do you know why the middle aged man was giving him a hard time? Was the older man abusive to start with? Just saying....

Thankfully all ended well. And yes, I would be proud that he had so much care and compassion about him....only sometimes it can backfire and I think that is why people are reluctant to get involved in the case of drunks tbh
