Oh calamity! Came home after a short break away to find that the static side of the sliding door from the dining room into the conservatory had shattered into tiny crazy paving-like pieces, though still intact and in situ. Insurance company says it's not covered as it was obviously caused by "atmospheric conditions". £240 lighter in pocket we're worried it'll happen again in this relentless heat. Has anyone else experienced this? Apparently if we'd thrown something against it by accident they would have paid out...........)
