The not having to carry it is a huge advantage. I save quite a lot of money now when washing powder etc is on offer. I buy the large family packs that last me ages. There’s no way I’d be able to get them home myself!

It’s TOO easy! I don’t really need all the dresses I’ve bought in the Toast sale this year, but they are hard to resist! You might want to check other customers’s reviews if you are buying clothes- they will tell you if the clothes come up large, for instance, or whether they wash well. It’s also a good idea to look at the returns policy of an online store: sometimes, but not always, returns are free, sometimes you have to pay the postage, sometimes you can return in store, and sometimes you can only return via a carrier, which may be a problem if you don’t live near a returns point. The big advantage is that you can buy different sizes ( provided returns are free) and try them on at home with different shoes, earrings etc.

Are you talking about your food shopping? I use Asda. The first time I did find it a little overwhelming - finding what I needed etc (and some of the things that came up when I used the search bar were just bizarre). However it saves the things I ordered on a ‘favourites’ page, so now I tend to just scroll through that and select the things I want/need. It’s much quicker. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to doing a ‘big’ shop in an actual supermarket. Good luck!
