Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of Baby Shark from my brain? I was paying money into the bank this morning and found myself singing it - very quietly - to the cashier!

I sympathise! It’s so annoying! I have to try to replace it with something else- the song that seems to work at the moment is “Brass in pocket”. I wonder why it happens?

DGS is not yet 6m old and it's one of the few things that make him laugh. My DD (Auntie) uses the entire extended family, so it goes on for hours!

Have been singing it constantly since July!!!! Our youngest GC asks"Alexa" to play it every time they come into my kitchen, it drives me bonkers ??????

I always put some music on - music of my choice, haha - that usually gets rid of the ear worm. (Listening to Fly me to the Moon by Sinatra at the mo).

Yep!
3 weeks ago I had never heard of Baby shark
It was funny the first dozen or so times
Now like you
Grannybeek it has become an annoying ear worm.

From the back of the car on school pick ups.
Shown several times on you tube or on Alexa (sleep over) by a three year old.

There are several versions.
My little GS can now sing the shark song with a Chinese accent!shock

rockgran just walk slowly away from the computer!

Try listening to some opera arias. That usually drives away any annoying earworms. My favourite at the moment is Dvorak's Song to the Moon.
