It not christmas in the Cherrytree household unless DH has watched several adaptions of The Christmas Carol (Scrooge)
I am unable to make up my mind which version is my favourite.
The first adaptaion for the screen according to Google was a silent movie - Scrooge or the Ghost of Marley
Since there has been many adaptations for the stage, screen and T.V.

I have a top 3
Albert Finney - Scrooge
Patrick Stewart -
A Christmas Carol
And now
Simon Callow's one man adaptation
A Christmas Carol
(On BBC Catch-up T.V.)

Alistair Sim--I think this version is on " Talking Pictures " channel 81 at some point with a lot of other oldies in black and white. My favourite channel.

I quite like the Albert Finney Scrooge. I think that is the one with Kenneth More as the ghost of Christmas past .
