We got a reduction on our virgin contract grin
It was only yesterday that our neighbor asked my OH to 'negotiate' on behalf of her father.
Our bill is now £13 a month cheaper than it was 2 ( I think) years ago.

well done Poppy , Grampy did the same after our boiler insurance shot through the roof. They tried to say we'd had an introductory offer, so he said we'd leave and Id sign up as a new customer!!

Amazingly , we got a substantial discount :-)

Well done Poppy

I am kicking myself for letting the home insurance and car insurance payments carry on (direct debit) for another year. I know they give notice of this happening but somehow I didn't act on it this year and the increases are huge! I haven't claimed on either, for over seven years!

to sort a better deal for me with Virgin, I honestly think

Well done! If I pay you a %age would you renegotiate my virgin media contract please!

Managed to save £65 on car insurance and £96 on boiler insurance - all before 10.30am ??

Didn’t realise you could haggle on home boiler service! Ours had gone up by a ridiculous amount this year.
