Name a film you've watched over five times

That still entertains you.

A friend from way back in my misspent youth has shared this on facebook. Without hesitation, my first choice was The Boat That Rocked which brings back happy memories of revising for exams on Ventnor beach listening to Radio London on my little transistor radio.

I scrolled down through the comments and saw that she'd named the same film!!

Happy Days.

How about you?

Brief Encounter
The Red Shoes
Oliver
The Railway Children

Probably My Fair Lady, Mary Poppins, The Sound of Music.

I only watch films on TV or DVD. I never go to the cinema, and apart from these few there are hardly any I enjoy.

Erin Brockovitch
Manchester by the Sea
Amour (French with subtitles) my favourite of all time
Blue Jasmine
Calvary
Open Water (based on a true story)
House of Mirth
Winter’s Bone

This made me smile as at first I didn’t think I’d have more than a couple! I could watch any of these right now.

Crikey! FIVE times? I can only think of one favourite that I've watched more than once: The Commitments.

I have it on DVD and VHS so I could watch it again if I wanted!

7 brides.
The parent Trap- a combination of both versions.
I’ve watched quite a few films more than once but not many more than 3 times. All happy ones.
The most modern film that I’ve watched more than once is Vanishing figures, about the space race and the part that black women played. Excellent. Also happy.
