They must just think we are easy to con into thinking its a good idea. And once started won't leave, (because we are gonna die?)

Forget 'free gifts'. Anyway, I want to be composted!

I know there is somewhere that allows this in a controlled and legal way, in a nice setting, but not sure where it is in the world.

oh God am sick of those ads too, I don't need the constant reminder I'm getting older, currently watching the 'over 55's equity release plan' that's another type of d that gets on my nerves

Haha Katek.....true. Most of us would have put some money away for that. I think my dear friend gave £5000 to her son 2 years before she died.

Had a bit of a headache so took paracetamol and sat down with my eyes shut until it took effect. I put tv on for a bit of background noise and what’s the first thing I hear? “It’ll pay for my funeral” ....... yet another ad for an over 50’s funeral plan! I am sooooo fed up with these ads, especially the one with the dodgy guy in the conservatory with his neighbour, June. What is he doing with those binoculars anyway? Haven’t enough ‘over 50’s’ already signed up? These plans aren’t even the best way to save ‘for your funeral’ or do the £100 gift card and the other free gifts tip the balance?
Parsnip jam anyone?
