Gransnet - always having to log in

same here- I have a new password, and it won't register it- so have to type password everytime- a pain.

I use Gransnet on iPad and laptop, and occasionally on phone, and have never had to log in after my initial set up. I wouldn’t even remember my password. I use Chrome on all.

Hi Giulia, when this happens it could be that your browser has an ad-tracker or ad-blocker extension.

This prevents the browser from storing cookies and preferences such as 'keep me logged in' as well as your privacy preferences. So it will keep asking you the same questions every time you move to a new page. The latest update of Safari seems to have a particular issue with this.

If you are using Safari and experiencing this problem, you might find it helpful to disable the ad-blocker or use a different browser such as Chrome.

It might depend on whether you're using a laptop/pc or mobile phone.
I'm using my smartphone and no problems being permanently logged in.
I never use my laptop nowadays.

Before, when I logged in, I could stay logged in for several hours. Now I have to do it every time I enter... a real bore.The "Stay Logged In" box is ticked but to no avail. Do Others have this problem?
