10.30pm? Mossfarr you night owl!
I've been known to stagger, exhausted to my bed at 6pm. 
Mind you, I do get up very early.
I'm glad to say I can still do a lot of the above things others now find hard but I can't:
Eat wheat without a great deal of discomfort.
Drink alcohol - ditto - I did so love Baileys.
Get out of a swimming pool by just hoisting myself up by the arms.
Sing like I used to.
See like I used to.
Run like mad just for the sheer fun of it.
Stay up all night painting.
But I have done all these things in the past so I'm grateful.
