Hi folks.
Thanks so much for your patience re my not answering (or being able to read) PMs.
All is fine now.
I got so fed up and embarassed in case people not on this thread, thought I was ignoring their messages that I put the SIM in my 'old' Sony mobile this morning and logged onto GN.
Wow! I could read your messages, so I'll be replying after brekkie.
Must remember to tell GNHQ and get circus thread moved too.

It was just a test PM, Gabriella, but there was a message so that's odd!

Is it more likely to be a GN technical issue? Hope they can solve it for you.

Hi...the ' keep me logged in' box was already ticked.
I note that you PM'd me but there is no message.
I get the notifications in my email box but text remains blank.
GNHQ asked me to send screenshots but my mobile tells me that for security purposes I cannot take screenshots.
I'm speaking to Samsung about it tomorrow but it's embarassing and rude if someone PMs you and you can't read or respond.
I know my bank doesn't allow screenshots of the app or webpage if it shows my account but that's surely a whole different ballgame to GN.

When you log in is the little box underneath ticked or not Gabriella?

I had a problem once and was advised to keep the box ticked - it does allow you to log out but it stays ticked iyswim.

GNHQ message (which I obvs received) said they'd get their tech team onto it tomorrow... now it is tomorrow (Thurs) when I'm typing this.
Tried turning phone on/off and taking sim out n back in etc but must be summat else.

Anyone having or had recent trouble reading or sending PMs?
I'm notified about received PMs but text is blank and replies won't send.
Contacted GNHQ and awaiting response...if they receive it. confused
