I did her Hip and Thigh diet along time ago and it was terrific .Based on the diet the NHS used to hand out for gallbladder problems I believe .

I used to go to her diet and exert classes when she first started off (Rosemary herself was our instructor). I lost two and a half stone but I was a lot younger then and have tried it since with not much luck.

I used to do the RC exercise video and still remember all the moves whenever I hear the songs from it . “Everywhere” by Fleetwood Mac being one good example .

I've still got that video; in fact it's currently on my coffee table at home as I plan to try it again. As a hips and thighs person it did help but I found my skin became very dry and I later found that the right exercise worked much better.I also still have her cookbook in my kitchen and I recently bought some low calorie salad cream to use instead of butter or mayonnaise....
