Coat Hangers.......!!

Before I go completely crazy can anyone suggest a neat way to store coat hangers so I can get one out to use without the whole lot coming out with it?
I know this is a bit mundane and comes pretty low in the scale of world wide troubles (bottom?) but I thought someone might have a clever idea.

You can get triangular bags to keep hangers in - try googling 'hanger storage'.

I put ours in an old style plastic supermarket carrier bag which hangs by one handle in the airing cupboard. As long as all the hangers face the same way they come out one at a time. Have another bag for clip trouser hangers the other side of the airing cupboard. Works for me.
