Oh, do keep up, Grandpa!

I often tease DH about being a bit of a dinosaur especially when he's left scratching his head where our adult grandchildren are concerned.

On Christmas Day, DD1 made her usual 'entrance' just as we were about to sit down to dinner. He complimented her on her hair saying, 'You look lovely, dear.'

'Thank you, Grandpa,' she replied, 'I've curled it using my straighteners!'



His expression said it all.
