Anyway I've learnt the meaning of 'The Imp of the Perverse' and I will mention it in intellectual conversations!

Quite the opposite I'm afraid, Curlywhirly. My Dad had a series of not very well hidden affairs during his and Mum's long marriage. I recall one occasion when we all woke up on a Sunday morning to the sight of Dad's regulation issue grey pit Y fronts draped across our front gate , for all the world to see. An irate husband had caught him red handed (?) S servicing his wife , and given him a black eye and chased him off without time to gather his kecks.
I think my outbursts were my childish way of showing my dislike for him. I was sent down the garden to retrieve those pants, and boy, did I take my time !

I regularly want to snatch peoples mobiles of them and tell them to finish eating/acknowledge their children/and use the bluddy knife and fork you common b`stard.
I did however tell a man who was shouting at his wife and she was looking frightened that you are nothing but a bully and you should be ashamed of yourself.
Then told her I know how you feel as I was married to a tw.t like that and I left him.

I often get stuck behind people walking slowly and try as I may there is no room to overtake them without stepping into the road.

This reminds me of the Mr. Bean sketch of him in a hurry, desperately attempting to get past an elderly man walking really slowly down a flight of stairs.

It was funny because there was always the chance that, being Mr. Bean, that the old chap would have been given a hard shove.!!

What a fun thread spoilt. Oh well some people clearly have an urge to spoil things which others are enjoying. Their Imp of the Perverse presumably.
I quite often want to shout in church, that’s mine for what it’s worth.

I can't say I have felt any of the above but have felt that I could take a hammer to my tablet from time to time!!
