help with a ditty

I've just asked 'him that's sat over the other side of the table' about this as he's a mine of useless information on most things! He came up straight away with the Ivanhoe one.

Apparently it was sung on Sunday Night at the London Palladium. It's very long - he knows all of it (I'll PM you if you want the rest). It starts off 'Bronco Lane had a pain, so they sent for Wagon Train'.....then goes on from there mentioning Robin Hood, Ivanhoe, Laramie, Wells Fargo and lots more!

Bronco Layne had a pain
So they sent for Wagon Train
Wagon Train was no good
So they sent for Robin Hood
Robin Hood lost his bow
So they sent for Ivanhoe
Ivanhoe killed a man
So they sent for big Cheyenne
Big Cheyenne was having tea
So they sent for Laramie
Laramie lost its cargo
So they sent for Wells Fargo
Wells Fargo lost its hunter
So they sent for Billy Bunter
Billy Bunter was too large
So they sent for I'm in Charge!
