Health and Safety in days gone by [smile]

I still keep in touch with a woman, via Christmas card, who was born 10 days before me in the next bed to my mum over 79 years ago.

Fabulous photo's of the happiest days of our lives. My own photo's were similar around that time, the ribbon in the hair----then I went on to have plaits which always used to get pulled.

Another lovely pic. We had one just like that of my aunt and her class.

All the girls with shortish hair, parted on one side, no fringe tied back with a ribbon.

I found one of me, aged about 5, at infant school, with an identical hairstyle, Lisagran
