I am glad to hear this! I want to think the best of humans. We hear so much about greedy, selfish people so it's heartwarming to find that in troubled times we really do what's best.

There is often some sort of positive to be found in such terrible circumstances it would seem, a little glimmer in the darkness so to speak. Let us hope the kindness of others and these positives continue when things get back to normal as they hopefully will at some point in the future .

Here in Italy most people live in apartment buildings.

People live in them for years and never know the names of the other tenants - even those net door.

Now, it seems, people are beginning to get to know each other and make friends. And, of course, sing from their balconies at 6pm every evening.
