I hope Hetty is right. We are on day 9 ( I think) and its not easy but I think we're adapting.
We don't have a choice.

Boris only mentioned going out on bikes, GabriellaG54, not scooters. We don’t want to see you named & shamed on the front page of the Daily Mail! gringrin

Better late than never.

It's all very necessary and the lesser of two evils. We will adapt and cope, of course. People are very good at that!

GabriellaG54 Mon 23-Mar-20 20:45:22

Fri 20th, not 29th. My error.

GabriellaG54 Mon 23-Mar-20 20:44:34

I've just received emails saying that Hotel Chocolat are closing for the forseeable and Surrey libraries are closing at 5.30pm on Fri 29th March, (a bit late telling us) until July or longer, depending on the situation at that time.
Pollution down, anxiety up.
Boris has just put us in lockdown.
No weddings or meetings of more than 2 people. All churches and shops to close.
What a miserable existence sad
Just glad that I ordered a scooter from Aldi an hour ago. grin
At least I can amuse myself on these hilly roads.
