That sounds interesting, thank you, GNHQ! I’m already enjoying the Walk a Mile ones. Very useful for when you can’t get out and need to get at least a few steps on the MiFit.
Stand with arms out, 1 potato bag in each hand, gently drop your arms, bring arms up level with your shoulders do this twice and do it slowly, careful not to strain. Do this morning and evening.
Each day gradually build up so that you are doing it 10 times .
The following day put some potatos in each bag.........
I’ve just been on the apps store looking for exercise regimes. I am usually quite active but am, like many of you, stuck in at the moment. Obviously everyone will have their favourite so you are between a rock and a hard place. I have discovered that I’d like something that incorporates a bit of Pilates for my core, a bit of Zumba to get my heart going and some stretching exercises. All of this to be delivered in a professional, friendly but not effusive way.
I'm awake and going for a 'sneaky' run after I finish my coffee. This is in addition to my 'official' exercise allowance which I will take later today. No patrols here anyway. ???
