Charter flghts to bring immigrant workers to uk

From the news to day, the farmers charter flights to bring Romanians to work in the farms in uk . We have all the jobless people claiming universal credit , students not working, putting the homeless in the hotels.Why can't they go out to work in the farm, most of the farms provide accomatation and meals. They are helping the predicted shortage of the food supplies n can earn a reasonablely good living. Too lazy for hard work as usual?
