Goodmorning Mick and all x

Blue sky here again in S E Essex, Day 39 for me of not going out I am slightly stir crazy, I may even break free and go for a walk later?

We clapped at 8pm last evening, there seemed to be more people out, some with drums, some with saucepan lids and there were fireworks going off down the road.

Keep safe and well folks ?

Good Morning everyone from a bright Severnside. The sun is shining through the window right in my face and I can’t be bothered to move.

I’m going to attempt to make a purchase today then it will be a spot of painting, sitting in the sun and a chat to DD. She started her new job this week and I expect she wants to tell her old ma about it.

Have the best day you can all ?

Good morning everyone from another bright and sunny day in Essex by the sea. This lovely weather makes the situation we are in slightly more bearable.
DH managed to get to the supermarket yesterday. He went at lunchtime and was gone about 2 hours. The only thing he couldn't get was flour, there seems to be a shortage everywhere. We now have enough food for the next week.
Nothing planned today so will probably do some more patchwork and read some of my book.
We also have a couple of wooden benches to put together for our communal garden, that should be fun !!!
Have the best day you can and stay safe everyone xx

Good morning Mick and all. There's brilliant sunshine in Cheshire which helps to lift the spirits.

I called the dentist about my broken tooth and she said the government advice is to buy a tooth filling repair kit. I'd never heard of them, but lo and behold there they are on A...…. Is there anything that site doesn't sell? You can even get individual replacement teeth. grin

So today it's going to be a walk through bluebell wood and enjoy listening to the birds. There are also some crab apple trees massed with their beautiful pink tinged blossom. I'll have a chat with my DD as she pauses between home schooling my DGS. It's a strain on them both and I am the calming voice!

Enjoy whatever keeps you safe and well. Warm wishes to all with worries. flowers for all.

Good morning all from sunny E Kent. Still a bit chilly in the breeze though.
Going on foot to the farm shop for vegetables, a round trip of about 1 hour on foot, part of my exercise.
Probably do some sewing, but otherwise, same old...
Stay safe and well y'all

Morning Mick and All.

Another lovely day weather wise in South Bucks.

Yes I agree Pantglas about missing social life. Losing the freedom to meet up with pals is the worst part for me in this lockdown.

Still working through the paperwork. ?

Pantglas - you live in a beautiful part of the world (I spent 30 years there and loved it)

Good morning Mick

Haven’t looked out of the windows yet - coffee in bed being my first port of call!

Yes, shopping and housework followed by a spell in the garden then a walk through the woods where I rarely see anyone which surprises me as it’s beautiful there at the moment.

My cat returned from a specialist centre yesterday with the sort of good news he doesn’t require an op. I say sort of as the problem isn’t yet resolved and the poor little man is going to have to stay indoors for 3 months on a special diet but he’s happy to be home after his adventure.

Where would we be without our “children” doing 160 mile round trips on behalf of our pets?

Have a lovely day Mick and all who follow.

Morning Mick and all who follow from a dry and bright north Wales.

All housework done for the week so I’ll spend a few hours in the spare room this morning making some birthday cards seeing as I can’t get to Spain where my cardmaking friend lives!

I’m beginning to miss the social part of my life there even though I know they’re not carrying on without me! Never mind, those days will come again......stay safe and well all x
