We had a holiday booked for the end of May. We cancelled the accommodation and have been refunded for it. Luckily we had not yet booked the ferries. I don’t think any of us will be travelling abroad for quite some time

We booked cottage in Wales that was rescheduled until September. We booked trip to Southern Ireland October in reality it doesn't look as if anyone will be going anywhere.

Our flight to Rhodes in June has already been cancelled by Jet2. We have a flight booked for Malaga towards the end of September, even if Jet2 do not cancel it, I will not be going. Luckily we haven't booked our accommodation there yet.

Unfortunately I don't think we'll be allowed to go very far, probably best not to plan going abroad this year. I don't think I would want to anyway.

I didn't actually cancel my holiday as I felt I wouldn't be entitled to either a refund or credit note if I did so.

A credit note didn't really appeal because I didn't think we'd necessarily be allowed to go overseas in 2021.

Let's hope I am wrong.

Don't go if you don't want to!

As others have said, you may well find it's cancelled anyway

I cancelled our holiday which was to have been in July. I'm pretty sure it would have been cancelled anyway by the cruise line but we really didn't want to go far this summer.

Frankly, I shall be surprised if you are able to go in July so I don't think you should worry about wanting to go on holiday or wanting to stay home. I can't imagine that such a thing would be possible.

I have a booked holiday but have it in writing that I shall be getting a refund. If we are permitted to go abroad next year, I shall consider re-booking the same holiday but I am truly not convinced that package holidays will be permitted so soon.

Our holiday abroad is booked for beginning July, I don't want to go considering the unprecedented situation.

I have friends who's holidays have been cancelled and are upset about it and wanted nothing more than to jet off to 'Sun, Sea & Sangria' ....

Can I ask other's view on their booked holiday..

Thank you smile
