Apart from THAT virus, I would put the Mayor of Bristol and his council in it. Why, Because at the start of the virus crisis they voted in a huge pay increase for themselves, many times more than the rate of inflation, and put up the council tax. This at a time when decent officials, such as NZ's prime minister,took a voluntary 20% pay cut in solidarity with those suffering as a result of the crisis. This mayor and council has skipped the re-election process for this year because of the crisis and should that have gone ahead, may well not have been in post it. They are, in my view, therefore UNelected and have done this through deceit. When asked in public fora about this, he refuses to answer. Sorry for the rant - many Bristolians feel the same way.

I agree with MARIELLA. Cyclists on pavements especially those who come up behind you and expect you to know they are there. Not only no bells but often no lights. They are deadly.
