Good morning I have just restarted taking alendronic acid after a 6 or 7 year gap, my last bone scan showed a deterioration in my bone density. I have only been back on it for 2 weeks and have already put on 5lbs in weight, which is very worrying as I am quite strict in what I eat and exercise every day. I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem.
